A Return Visit Definitely

clean room spacious shower convenient toiletries

The room was very clean upon arrival, with toiletries provided. It also had tea and coffee making facilities, (and they were topped up daily). The shower room was excellent with a spacious shower. I could easily move around the space.

the room was a bit small for two people. the bed was barely fit two average-sized people.

Acceptable stay with some issues

old bedding bad soundproofing

The shower was amazing and I enjoyed it a lot.

The room was not deeply cleaned for some time, I could see that. The bedding seemed old and had some stains despite it being freshly laundered, not nice. the soundproofing was pretty bad. I could hear other guests going to the bathroom all night (it was annoying).

adequate stay overall

convenient location comfortable bed hard pillow short comforter

the location proved convenient for accessing the tram system. this made traveling around the area simple! the room had the basics i needed, like a comfy bed. the shower was also great.

The pillows felt old and hard, which wasn't ideal. the comforter was also too short to fully cover me, twice. the internet was not good. I couldn't use it for work or even to watch tv.

Convenient Location and Basic Comforts

I found the hotel easy to find. Access from the airport was direct with a short tram journey and a brief walk. Staff allowed me store my bags before check-in, useful. The room was clean and the heating work very well. I liked the coziness it have.

A fridge wasn't included, this is slight inconvenience for cold drinks.

required amenities warm welcome city center

The room was clean with all required amenities. The welcome was warm and helpful. I found very good value. The location has plenty pubs nearby. Eateries are also accessible. The city center is within walking distance.

The bed felt more like a 1.5 person bed, making it cramped.

Great Location, a satisfactory stay

great location tea facilities useful hairdryer friendly staff

The location proved fantastic, close to transport links. It made exploring easy. the room included tea and coffee making facilities that were restocked daily. i found the provision of toiletries and a hairdryer VERY useful. i appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff.

the sink in the bathroom drained slowly, a minor inconvenience.
